Custom Digimon, when you create a line will cost double the cost of the first form of what you submitted.
Somebody who submits every form seperatedly will have to pay double price on every form, but if you create an entire line in one custom digimon application, you will only have to pay the double price for the first form in that line and the rest will follow the normal pricing.
Any custom digimon you start with are exempt from this ruling unless you start making new forms for them after you have been approved.
